The Project

The Boulevard is Rome’s first lifestyle center, bringing together opportunities for working and relaxing, owning and investing, honoring the environment and saving on energy costs.

Spread around State Mutual Stadium, the home of the Rome Braves, the Boulevard aims to build on the already high visibility, high traffic, and high participation in the site to become a destination location for shoppers and business owners from around Northwest Georgia and Northeast Alabama.

The broad vision includes the potential of regional and national shopping, specialty grocers, and entertainment anchors in phases two and three of the project, as well as the opportunity for a medical complex featuring late night daycare options for diners, baseball fans, and moviegoers. Included in the design are patios, verandas, rooftop dining and plenty of connection to the sights and sounds of the Oostanala River, Rome Braves baseball, and the rest of the Boulevard experience.

Phase One is called The Boardwalk, and in its completion will feature buildings named after Rome’s hills situated between State Mutual Stadium and Veterans Memorial Highway. Each building offers a different array of options for space, layout, and feature elements that make for single-owner opportunities or building investment and tenant leases.
