Phase 1: Boardwalk

How would you describe the typical strip mall or office complex?  Today’s buildings are either sterile and cold or rundown and haggard.  In the interest of saving money, we’ve lost creativity.

Unless you come to Rome, Georgia.  Local developers Doc Kibler and Dee Yancey swim against the tide, refusing to sacrifice creativity.  Phase one of the Boulevard is the Boardwalk, a collection of office spaces and boutiques built along Braves Boulevard, the main thoroughfare running in front of State Mutual Stadium. Reminiscent of 1950s drug stores and soda shops, all five buildings have similar design, but each has unique features and its own feel.  Whether you like Mediterranean gardens or Main Street window-shopping, we’ve got your style.
