In contrast to the rest of the Boardwalk’s warm neutral tones, Lumpkin sports splashes of color everywhere, from bright blue awnings to pale blue and green edging to red brick columns. Its seven small boutiques cry out for nail and hair salons, clothing stores, candy shops, art galleries and other niche shops. Lumpkin also has three long thin suites – ideal office space.
